Ex-servicemen from Gujrat and Mandi Bahauddin district held a joint rally to express their anger against Deputy Commissioner Gujrat for not getting a portion of land and building of DASB from illegal possession of land mafia.
The rally comprising above three hundred veterans led by Major retired Sher Muhammad Gondal, District President Pakistan Ex-Servicemen Society Mandi Bahauddin started from DASB premises and marching through district courts complex reached DC Office where it was turned into demonstration. The participants demanded vacation of the land from illegal occupiers. They raised slogans against land mafia. They were carrying posters inscribed with “DC to get the DASB land vacated”, “Appeal to COAS for resolving the issue” Listening to the voice of demonstrators ADC (Finance).
