Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar visited Services Hospital and inquired about the health and recovery of Punjab Police employee Mesum Raza, who was injured in a traffic accident. IG Punjab inquired about the health and ongoing treatment of Mesum Raza from the doctors and expressed his best wishes for the speedy recovery. IG Punjab Dr Usman Anwar also provided financial assistance to the family of Mesum Raza.
IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said the doctors to take best care of Mesum Raza. He said that Punjab Police is like a family and it is our responsibility to take care of every member, and priority measures will remain continue in this regard. DIG IT Ahsan Younas, DIG Operations Lahore Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, CTO Lahore Captain Retired Mustanasir Feroze and other officers were also accompanied by IG Punjab.
Inspector General Police Punjab Dr Usman Anwar has said that sports competitions are of special importance in national character building, hence the excellent performance of police athletes in the 34th National Games is commendable and encouraging. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that a sports cadre will be formed soon to encourage sportsmen in the police force and the best sportsmen will be given jobs in the police force on the pattern of WAPDA, Army, Railways and other institutions. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar directed the police players to continue hard work.
