Provincial Minister for Primary and Secondary Healthcare and Population Welfare Dr. Jamal Nasir visited the control room set up for the monitoring of EidMillad-un-Nabi (PBUH) processions in Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi and reviewed the security arrangements of the processions. The provincial minister was given a detailed briefing about the security arrangements and cleaning arrangements made for the processions. He was also informed about the routes and timings of all the processions. Dr. Jamal Nasir also visited the various routes of the main procession and reviewed the arrangements. On this occasion, senior officials of the administration and police accompanied him.
Addressing a gathering of Millad-un-Nabi (PBUH) on this occasion, Provincial Minister Dr. Jamal Nasir said that unity among Muslims is very important for establishing peace and order.
He said that the country is currently facing many problems and in order to face all these challenges, it is necessary that we forget all the differences and decide our destiny as one nation and achieve our targets.
Provincial Minister Dr. Jamal Nasir said that the real message of the Prophet’s (PBUH) life is that we should have faith in Allah Almighty and completely follow Allah’s commands so that we can achieve success in this world and the hereafter.
He said that scholars of all schools of thought have always played a leadership role to maintain and develop religious harmony in the country and due to their efforts, the nefarious intentions of anti-national forces have always been defeated. He said that at present the country is going through a very critical situation and is facing a great economic crisis.
The only way to deal with all these challenges is that we as a true Muslim should practice teachings of Islam.
