An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Lahore on Tuesday extended the former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s interim bail in seven cases including May 9 violence.
The court also accepted the accused’s request for one day attendance exemption.
The Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Ijaz Ahmad Buttar delivered the verdict.
The court also issued notices to the prosecution on the request to exempt the accused from attendance till August 11.Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf Chairman’s lawyer filed a plea for exempting the former prime minister from attendance on the grounds of filing an appeal against the sentence in the Islamabad High Court.
