PTI to hold protest demonstration against Imran’s detention

The detention of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan as a result of a very controversial court’s decision triggered shocking waves across the world, as Pakistani community and PTI supporters announced protest demonstrations in major cities across the world.

The Pakistani community and PTI workers expressed strong resentment and anger over the biased and unjust decision against the country’s most popular leader of the country and rejected the kangaroo court verdict. The Pakistani community and PTI supporters announced protest plan in metropolitans of various countries around the world against the unlawful detention of PTI Chairman.

According the plan, the Pakistani community will protest strongly in the American cities of New Jersey, Houston and Washington. Similarly, protests will be held in London, Denmark and Scotland. The Pakistani community in Holland, Spain and Ireland will also hold protest demonstrations against the controversial arrest of Imran Khan.

Pakistani community and the PTI supporters will also hold peaceful protests in the cities of Calgary, British Columbia and Toronto of Canada. The protest demonstrations would be attended by people from all walks of life, including men, women, students and youth.—INP
