A meeting was held at the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population with a Pakistani delegation on a visit to the country, headed by the Minister for Human Resources Development and Work with Pakistanis Living Abroad Sajid Hussain Turin, Azernews reports.
Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev stressed that there are high-level relations between Azerbaijan and Pakistan based on friendship, brotherhood and strategic partnership, these relations are constantly developing thanks to the efforts of the heads of state of the two countries.
Satisfaction was expressed with Pakistan’s continued support for the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, especially the political support provided to our country in the 44-day Patriotic War. It was noted that the two countries are closely cooperating within the framework of international institutions, and relations between Azerbaijan and Pakistan are expanding in the social sphere.
Information was provided on the social reforms carried out in recent years in Azerbaijan, the concept of DOST, the positive experience gained in the field of creating digital platforms and services in the social sphere. It was emphasized that there is great potential for developing bilateral relations with Pakistan in the field of labor and social protection, and for an active exchange of experience.—Azer News
