Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP)Investigation Malik Zafar Jamil has said that protection of sacrificial animals, providing security to public lives and properties during public gatherings of Namaz e Eid and during Eid holidays will be ensured.
He said that security personnel will perform security duty across the district at gathering of Eid prayers at mosques/Imam Bargahs to ensure law and order and protection of life and property of the public.
SSP Operations/Investment Malik Jameel Zafar said that safety of citizens’ lives and property are the top priorities to ensure the security of the homes of citizens visiting their native villages during Eid holidays.
It is worth mentioning here that security plan have been announced in line with the instructions and directives of Islamabad Capital City Police Officer Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan and CPO/DIG Operations, Senior Superintendent of Police, Operations/Investment Malik Zafar Jameel has ensured the safety of life and property of the citizens. Meanwhile, during a meeting, the Zonal DPOs, SP Investigation, Sub-Divisional Police Officers, DSP Upper, In-charge Anti-Vehicle Lifting Unit, All Police Stations to ensure and make fool-proof security arrangements on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha prayers. On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, Islamabad Police have been issued instructions to set up a comprehensive security plan, according to which police officers and employees including zonal DPOs, SDPOs and police officers across the district under the supervision of SSP Operations / Anu City.
