Federal Minister of State for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety and Central Information Secretary of Pakistan People’s Party Faisal Karim Kundi has said that victory of PPP in Azad Jammu and Kashmir by-election with simple majority reveals the confidence and support of the people with the party.
Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Friday, he felicitated the office-bearers and workers of PPP for their hard work and sincerity that led to success in AJK by-election.
Faisal Karim Kundi said that the support of AJK people were with PPP yesterday, today and will remain in future.
Criticizing PTI chief Imran Khan, he said that who used to claim that anyone given a ticket by him in the election will succeed can see how people of AJK supported Pakistan People’s Party despite his video address.
“This is a clear message for those who were saying that Pakistan People’s Party is only limited to Sindh province that political leaders from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and Gilgit-Baltistan are also joining PPP in a great number”, he said.
