Islamabad: For the fourth consecutive session, the price of gold declined in Pakistan, slipping below the Rs200,000 per tola mark on Wednesday.

As the discussion between Pakistan and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has entered into its final phase, with the government conceding every demand put forth by the lender, the precious metal has started to lose its shine.
In the last four sessions, gold lost almost Rs10,000 per tola.
Similarly, silver prices in the domestic market decreased Rs60 per tola and Rs51.44 per 10 grams to settle at Rs2,170 and Rs1,86042, respectively.
