ISLAMABAD – Karachi Kings, one of the favorite franchises of the country’s T20 tournament, unveiled their new jersey ahead of the 8 edition of the Pakistan Super League on Wednesday.
The team revealed the official team jersey for the upcoming edition in a post shared by ARY owner Salman Iqbal on Twitter. “The Kings will roar in this new look! Ready for PSL8?” the media mogul captioned the post showing a picture of Shoaib Malik rocking new blue and red striped jersey.
The bi-colored themed jersey features the KK logo on the top right and the bottom right shows the signature ‘Roaring Lion’.

The franchise this time is entering the country’s leading cricket league with a balance of senior players and newcomers, following the departure of star player and flamboyant batter Babar Azam, who continued a new journey with Peshawar Zalmi.
Karachi Kings, however, will play their first match of PSL 8 against Babar Azam-led Peshawar Zalmi on February 14 at National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi.
Amid hopes and excitement, all eyes are on PSL 8th edition as officials are set to unveil a brand new trophy for the tournament. The glittering trophy will be unveiled tomorrow on February 9 at the iconic Shalimar Gardens, Lahore.
PCB chief Najam Sethi and owners of six franchises are likely to join the trophy unveiling ceremony.
