The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has said that tyrant Indian regime led by Narendra Modi is brazenly violating international laws in occupied Jammu and Kashmir, particularly after the revocation of territory’s special status by New Delhi in August 2019.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the APHC leadership in a statement issued in Srinagar said, the fascist regime is using all brutal tactics
including killings, abductions, torture and molestation of women to crush the Kashmiris’ ongoing freedom struggle. The leadership warned the international community that the Indian government’s Hindutva agenda poses a great threat to peace in South Asia as and the world at large as New Delhi has broken all records of brutalities in the occupied territory. It urged the international community to urgently intervene to avert the looming catastrophe because of Indian war crimes in occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Hundreds of teachers staged a protest in Jammu against the anti-employees policies of the Indian government. The teachers gathered outside the Bharatiya Janata Party Headquarters in the city and demanded fulfillment of their demands.
An Indian paramilitary vehicle crushed to death a motorcyclist in Himhama area of Budgam district. Deaths of innocent Kashmiris in such incidents are witnessing a surge under the present dispensation in the occupied territory.
Meanwhile, four members of a family were found dead under mysterious circumstances at their house in the Balihote area of Ramban district. The family members were taken to the hospital, where they were declared brought dead. It is worth mentioning here that Indian army has raised a gang of killers in the name of Village Defense Guards in the entire Jammu region.
Congress General Secretary Jairam Ramesh addressing a press conference at Khanabal in Islamabad said that an undeclared emergency prevails in India and an attempt is being made to make the judiciary part of the Modi’s Prime Minister Office.
On the other hand, the Chairman of World Forum for Peace & Justice, Dr Ghulam Nabi Fai in a statement in Washington said, India is the biggest violator of the United Nations Security Council resolutions on Kashmir.
He said that New Delhi that continues to usurp the basic right of the people of Kashmir, like freedom of speech, freedom of opinion, freedom of assembly and above all freedom to choose their political destiny has
no right to dream for the membership of the UN Security Council.—NNI
