In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, posters have appeared in Baramulla district and adjoining areas urging people to observe Black Day on 26th January, the Indian Republic Day.
The posters, with slogans like “Kashmiris observe Indian Republic Day as Black Day” and “Indian Republic Day is Black Day for Kashmiris”, were displayed by “Azadi kai Matwalay” on walls, polls and prominent places.
The posters conveyed a message to India that the Kashmiris would never surrender for their just demand for right to self-determination and would continue their struggle till taking it to its logical end.
They say that the illegal detention cannot break the resolve of the Hurriyat leaders and they are determined to carry forward the ongoing freedom movement.—KMS
