A representative delegation of Al City Trade Union Association met DIG South Zone Irfan Baloch at his office on Monday. The delegation was led by Chairman ACTIA Sharjeel Gopalani.
Other representatives include GS Muhammad Ahmed Shamsi, President Zahid Amin, Senior Vice Chairman Yaqub Bali, Joint Secretary Zubair Ali Khan,AslamParvez,Atif Sheikh, Adnan Malik, AsgharMorawala,ShaheerAsgharQureshi, Ilyas Mughal and Chaudhry Abdul Ghafoor was included.
The delegation appraised the DIG about the current situation regarding law and order and the problems of traders and offered suggestions to improve law and order and control the increasing street crimes.
These include linking of market-meet cameras to the police control room and installation of more cameras,crime control through better links with the community and police,action against the criminals roaming around freely 24 hours, under the pretext of picking garbage in the city and compiling their data.
The delegation was given a visit to the South Zone Police Control Room and a discussion was held on the crime control strategy of the police which was appreciated by the delegation.The police decided to end the crime through the cooperation of businessmen and integrated strategy.
