Residents hold protest rally against drug dens

A protest rally was taken out against the open sale of ice, chars and other drugs in the Narra area in the jurisdiction of Injra police station. The rally was organized by a social worker Engineer Muhammad Usman Gul and his team.

While addressing the rally Hameed Khattak r/o of Chhab emphasized on coming out in the field against this scourge and also suggested to constitute a committee having volunteers from every village who will play a role in rooting out the sale and use of drugs.

Shahid Khattak another elder said that manpower in police post Lakarmar is not as per the population of the area. Only three constable and one ASI are posted here and one vehicle for patroling has been provided for which fuel has not been provided for the last two months.
