Indian NIA arrests chairperson of JI’s trust during searches in IIOJK

In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian dreaded National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested, today, Hurriyat leader and the chairperson of Al-Huda Educational Trust (AHET), Muhammad Ameer Shamshi, as it conducted raids in eight districts across the territory.

The AHET is an organisation affiliated with the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) of IIOJK.

The NIA conducted searches at 18 locations in Rajouri, Poonch, Jammu, Srinagar, Bandipora, Shopian, Pulwama and Badgam districts of the occupied territory. The sleuths of the Indian probing agency arrested Muhammad Ameer Shamshi during a raid in Rajouri.—KMS
