Peoples Democratic Party President Mehbooba Mufti reacting to the halting of fruit-laden trucks on Srinagar-Jammu highway in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday said that New Delhi is crushing the economy of Kashmiri people as Israel did with the Palestinians. The PDP chief said the people associated with horticulture have taken loans and when their crop, which is a backbone of the economy, is halted like this on the highway, how growers will pay their debts then?
