The Punjab government is spending more than Rs.25 billion to execute different development projects in the district Hafizabad for providing batter communicational, healthcare, educational and other facilities to the people while improvement in municipal services, timely completion of development projects and provision of maximum relief to the people is my top priority under policy and vision of the Chief Minister Punjab Ch. Parvaiz Elehi.
This was stated by the Commissioner Gujrat Division Ahmad Kamal Maan while addressing a meeting of district officers of different department and visiting different ongoing projects and district headquarter hospital Hafizabad. Deputy Commissioner Hafizabad, Toqeer Ilyas Cheema, ADCR Abdul Rauf and officers’ attendant the meeting. The DC gave briefing to the Commissioner about performance and services being provided to the masses in the district.
The Commissioner directed the all officers of concerned departments to ensure completion of public welfare development projects according to specification so that masses could get benefits of huge expenditure earliest being made by the Punjab government.
While visiting under construction road from Kot Sarwar Motorway Interchange to Gujranwala, University of Hafizabad, new building of the DHQ hospital, the Commissioner directed the officers of nation building departments to expedite construction work on ongoing projects of Worth 25 billion of rupees so that better communicational, education and health facilities could available without any delay.
