Deputy Commissioner Hafizabad Allah Ditta Warraich has visited District Public School and District Sports Complex Hafizabad. ADCR Umer Farooq Warraich and District Sports Officer Nabila Cheema were also accompanied by him. During the visit DC inspected girls campus, nursery campus, computer and science labs and reviewed cleanliness in washrooms and other facilities.
He directed the Principal to improve cleanliness in the school and other facilities as well as the kiarians of plants. While giving briefing to the DC, Principal DPS told that students of the school were occupied first positions and A grade in class 5th, 8th and metric examinations in the district while class work of students was checked on daily basis and parents-teachers meeting were also conducting regularly whereas sports, literary and co-curriculum activities were also being for improving confidence and character building of students in the school.
Meanwhile, DC visited District Sports Complex and reviewed sports facilities being provided to sportsmen. Meanwhile District Officer Industries Hafizabad visited different petrol pumps and imposed Rs. 30000/= fines to owners of petrol pumps on charges of receiving inflated prices of petrol and diesel.
