Three persons were killed in three different incidents in various parts of district Attock on Wednesday. In the first rain related incident, a man has buried alive under the debris of his house in Khawajnagar area in the limits of Hassanabdal Police station.
According to Police and hospital sources, 55 years old Ghulam Yahya was sleeping in the first floor of his house when its roof collapsed due to territorial rain which lashed the city on the third consecutive day resultantly he buried alive.
Later local rushed to the spot and retrieved his body. In the second incident, a man has committed suicide by shooting himself in the Pindigheb Police station limits. Police while quoting the family members of the deceased said that Haseb Ahmed was in distress due to unemployment and financial issues. He closed himself in a room and committed suicide by shooting himself with a pistol.
