In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Youth Freedom Fighters (JKYFF) has strongly condemned the excessive use of military force and barbaric tactics by the Modi-led fascist Indian government to suppress the Kashmiris’ liberation movement.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the JKYFF Chairman, Shabbir Ahmed in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the State Investigation Agency (SIA) was harassing the people of the territory.
Referring to the recent spate of raids on the residences of Hurriyat leaders, activists, traders and employees, he said that the SIA had been given a permanent job to terrorize the Hurriyat leaders in the territory.
He criticised the Indian fascist regime for its unrealistic approach, saying that all Indian coercive measures in the occupied territory had failed and urged New Delhi to refrain from its stubbornness and military arrogance and acknowledge the ground realities in Kashmir.
He called upon the United Nations Human Rights Council and other rights bodies to stop the mass killings, arrests and repression by the Indian forces in the occupied territory.—INP
