The Punjab Strongest Man Powerlifting Bench Press Championship is going to be held today at Bhatti farm house Sangla Hill at Nankana Sahib.
The weightlifter, powerlifter and bodybuilders from all districts of Punjab will participate in the event. The weigh in of athletes will be held at 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Later players will not be allowed to participate in the competition, said an official of the organizing committee.
The competition will be inaugurated by Ehtesham Al Hassan Bhatti at 11:00 am. Special guest Haji Irfan will distribute prizes among the players later in the evening. Organizing Committee includes Muhammad Azam International Strength Lifter Silver Medalist World Strength lifting Champion ship Thailand.

The competition is being organized by the Global Strong Powerlifting Federation of Pakistan.
