Best recreational opportunities provided to citizens, says CM
President of Pakistan Dr Arif Alvi inaugurated National Horse & Cattle Show 2022 at Fortress Stadium where he was received by Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar.
The National Horse & Cattle Show began with the national anthem and after the recitation of the Holy Quran and Na’at-e-Rasool (PBUH), it formally started. Different items were presented.
President Dr Arif Alvi and CM Usman Buzdar took a keen interest in different events. The President Dr Arif Alvi congratulated CM Punjab over the restart of the National Horse & Cattle Show after a gap of many years.
The CM said that the best recreational opportunities have been provided to the citizens along with the projection of various features of the culture of Pakistan. It would promote national unity and brotherhood, he added. Provincial Ministers Mian Mahmood ur Rashid, Mian Aslam Iqbal, Sardar Husnain Bahadur Dreshak, chief secretary, IG police and high ranking civil and military officials were present along with a large number of citizens.
