In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, one person was killed and 15 others were injured in a mysterious blast in Udhampur district, today.
The blast took place at busy Slathia Chowk of Udhampur, a police officer said.
He said that there was a blast in the busy market, resulting in the on spot death of a civilian and injuries to 15 others.
He said, soon after the incident, senior police officials along with experts reached the spot and are trying to ascertain the nature the blast which hitherto remains mysterious.
The identity of the deceased as well as the injured persons was being ascertained, the police officer said.—KMS
