In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, six persons on their way home to remote Warwan area of Kishtwar via Margan Top in Islamabad district have gone missing.
Officials said that amid fresh snowfall six persons had started journey by foot through Margan top, a high mountain pass which connects Warwan Valley in Kishtwar district in Jammu region with the Islamabad district in the Kashmir Valley.
They said that the six persons had not reached their respective homes since they made their last call from Margan Top on Tuesday. There are apprehensions that the six men might have been caught in the snow as the snowfall is heavier in the upper reaches of South Kashmir.—KMS
