The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Faisalabad Government College University Fais-alabad and Faisalabad Press Club was signed under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor GC University Prof. Dr. Shahid Kamal Ki. President Press Club Faisalabad Senior Journalist Shahid Ali led the delegation along with other members of the Press Club.
Vice Chancellor Dr. Shahid Kamal and President Press Club Shahid Ali signed the agreement. Under an agreement between GC University and the Press Club, the two institutions will cooperate in research, education and professional skills. The Press Club will provide internship opportunities to GC Univer-sity students in various media institutions.
Work-shops and seminars on various topics will also be organized between the two institutions. Under the agreement, the Press Club’s veteran and senior jour-nalist will impart knowledge of practical journalism and its contents to the students of GC University’s Media Department.
Press Club membership will be issued to the Faculty of Mass Communication. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor Dr. Shahid Kamal said that we strive to provide knowledge to the students about journalism as well as knowledge, so that after graduation of our students in various media organizations journalism responsibility.
