Suzuki drivers asked to charge Rs 15 only

Local Suzuki drivers were instructed by previous Hazara Commissioner to receive just Rs.15 from Mandian to Abbottabad city, but as soon he was transferred, all the Suzuki drivers started to receive Rs.20 per passengers on the same route unlawfully, various passengers have complained while talking to news men on Monday.
All the drivers’ community playing on local route demanding more Rs 20 should be stopped by imposing restriction on them. All the Suzuki drivers should be restricted not to receive more than Rs.15 per passenger.
In addition, it has been demanded from the Government to take stern action against such self-created rate of Suzuki fare, as the present price hike have had smashed away paying capacity of the poor segment of civil society. It was also demanded that Hazara Commissioner, Syed Zaheer ul Islam should fix fare a freshly following the previous rates fixed by outgoing Hazara Commissioner just few months ago.
