Abdul Hadi Safi, a former member of parliament from Kapisa province, was attacked by several unknown gunmen in Kabul while he was returning home from mosque after Friday prayers.
Safi’s family say they do not have animosity toward anyone and called on the Islamic Emirate to identify and punish the perpetrators.Abdul Basir Safi, the eldest son of Abdul Hadi Safi, said that his father was returning home from Friday’s prayers in Kabul’s fourth PD when he was shot by unknown gunmen on motorcycles.
“The Islamic Emirate should make it clear whether they did it or someone else,” said Abdul Basir Safi, Safi’s son.—TOLO
