Assistant Commissioner Balakot, Saddam Hussain Memon has initiated and accelerated actions against the encroachments and mini-bus stands in the city.
In line with the directives of provincial government and Deputy Commissioner Mansehra, operation has been initiated against encroachments and illegal mini-bus terminals established in different areas of Balakot city.
Deputy Commissioner Balakot Siraj Khan and other concerned officials also participated in the operation against the encroachments during which various vehicles illegally parked at prohibited locations were impounded.
Various encroachments alongside Kaghan Road in main bazaar of Balakot were also removed during the operation.
Speaking on the occasion, AC Saddam Hussain urged the encroachers to themselves give off the invasions to keep them safe of the penalty and extend full cooperation with the administration to mend the situation.
The AC Balakot warned that the violators would not be given relaxation any further and they would have to face the music. If didn’t cooperate in this connection would be responsible themselves, he maintained.—INP
