Dacoits loot Observer’s staffer in broad day light

Two armed motorcyclists on Monday deprived daily Pakistan Observer’s staffer from his valuables and cash worth Rs 68000 and fled from the scene in broad day light.

As per details Accounts manager Pakistan observer Zain Mumtaz was on his way to Abid Market from his newspaper’s office situated on 33 Queens Road.

All of sudden two armed motorcyclists intercepted him and asked him to hand over cash and mobile to them at gun point. Zain in fear handed over Rs. 8000 cash and a Samsung mobile worth Rs. 60000 to them. Dacoits after looting each and every thing fled from the scene very comfortably.

Zain called on the police helpline and police personnel reached the spot after some time. Police officials suggested the aggrieved Zain to contact police station concerned for further action.

Zain rushed to the police station Mozang and filed an application stating his sad story but to no avail. No FIR was registered till filing of this news story.
