Police rounded up 31 professional beggars including women during separate actions in different areas of Multan on Wednesday.

Spokesman of police said that saving public of professional beggars is responsibility of police for which crackdowns were underway across the district.

He said that all Divisional SPs, SDPOs and SHOs have been directed to accelerate actions against the professional beggars.—INP
