The 23rd meeting of the Finance and Planning Committee, AWKUM, was held on December 01, 2021 with the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Zahoor Ul Haq in chair.
In the meeting, special allowance 20% for BPS 17 & above, teaching allowance 20% for BPS 18 & above, special allowance Rs. 3500/- for BPS 7-16 and washing and dress allowance for BPS 1-6 were recommended as per govt of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa notifications.
The efforts of the University in increasing its revenue and curtailing its cost to bridge the financial impact of these allowances were lauded by the members. Similarly, the item pertaining to increase in pay of TTS faculty was also recommended by the forum.
