Quetta
The Quetta Customs foiled bids to smuggle foreign goods worth millions of rupees here on Tuesday. The customs officials searched a suspected passenger coach and mini-truck in Sourab and Mani Khawa areas. The vehicles were leaving for central parts of the country.
During search, smuggled goods including tiles, cloth, tobacco, flavours, chocolates, candies and biscuits worth millions of rupees were recovered. The custom officials seized the recovered smuggled goods and impounded the vehicles.—INP
