In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil has expressed grief and sorrow over huge loss of property due to a re-cent fire incident Srinagar.
A mosque and half dozen residential houses were gutted in the fire that broke out at Aqalmir Khanyar near Aastana Aaliya Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jeelani Sahib (RA) in Shaher-e-Khaas area of Srinagar.
Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil in a statement issued in Srinagar expressed sympathy with the affected families and stressed for their immediate rehabilitation.
As per the statement, on the directives of the Darul Khair Mirwaiz Manzil patron Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, who continues to be under house arrest, a delegation of the organisation led by Mufti Ghulam Rasool Samoon visited the affected families.—KMS
