The Chairman of National Business Group Pakistan, President Pakistan Businessmen and Intellectuals Forum, and All Karachi Industrial Alliance, and former provincial minister Mian Zahid Hussain has said that despite best policies, the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the country is far from encour-aging.

He said that no country in the region can match our investment policies as the focus should be improved on rule of law, honoring agreements, consistency in policies, and political stability.

Talking to business community on Friday, Mian Zahid Hussain said that concerns of foreign inves-tors should be allayed and the situation should be controlled.
