A mutually accepted national narrative can help resolve our ethnic and communal differences and put Pakistan back on path of progress and prosperity as was envisioned by the founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and the leaders of the Pakistan Movement.
These views were expressed by speakers at a one-day national and academic seminar organized by the National Book Foundation (NBF).
Chairman of the Council of the Islamic Ideology (CII) Dr Qibla Ayaz was the chief guest and the keynote speaker on the occasion while among the scholars and intellectuals who spoke on the occasion included Managing Director of the NBF, Dr Raja Mazhar Hameed, Hafeez Khan, Dr Humaira Ashfaq, Prof Idrees Azad, Group Captain (R) Sultan Mehmood Ghaznavi Hali, Dr Ziaul Haq and Dr Farkhanda Zia Mansoor.
