Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA), under the Management System Standards Division adopts 3 HR standards including Diversity & Inclusion, Workforce Retention and Leadership Development Metrics.
Initially, these standards were adopted by TC on Human Resource Manage-ment (HRM) Standards and will be endorsed by National Standard Committee meeting as Pakistan Standards.
The 4th high level TC meeting was held online (via Zoom) by Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority recently.
The meeting was convened by Ainy Zehra, In charge/Secretary Management Sys-tem Standards Division, PSQCA Karachi, and chaired by Zahid Mubarik, Chairman TC on HRM Standards.
The meeting was attended by more than 2 dozen HR leaders, professional experts from cross section of industry.
