PMS officers huddle seeks due rights

PMS Officers Association Punjab President Naveed Shahzad condemned the deployment of federal officers in provinces, saying that it is an unconstitutional act and the government should stop it.

He was addressing a meeting of PMS Officers Association South Punjab which was also attended by General Secretary Zafar Naqvi, Khanewal DC Agha Zaheer Shirazi, Director Local Government Farooq Dogar, Director Admin Branch Abdul Latif Khan, Multan ADC Arshad Gopang and Sub-Registrar Ahmad Naveed.

Multan AC (City) Khwaja Umair, DG Khan ADC (R) Sibghatullah, Additional Commissioner Multan Sarfraz, Additional Secretary Finance Department Zahid Ikram, Deputy Secretary Education Muhammad Shahid, Sub-Registrar Kamran Bukhari, Additional Commissioner Abdul Jabbar, Khawaja Umair and Muhammad Arshad also addressed the gathering.

The association expressed concerns over the aggressive attitude against PMS officers and demanded that retaliatory actions against PMS be stopped, warning they will be compelled to take streets for their rights. “We will protest against the Services and General Administration at all levels.”
