Administration of Capital Development Authority is continuously taking actions against the violators of building laws and Layout Plan. A number of illegal housing societies and plazas have been sealed.

Five under construction illegal plazas at Simli Dam Road have been sealed. 05 housing schemes at Simli Dam road and Murree road have also been sealed.

The CDA had already issued notices to the owners of these illegal housing societies and plazas.
