Justice Qazi Faiz Esa on Monday submitted objections rejoinder over the response of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) in the Supreme Court.
Justice Qazi Faiz Esa in his reply objected that Attorney General’s reply on behalf of SJC is a violation as no record exists in SJC that grants permission to AG to submit a reply.
Attorney General only bound to give advice to the federal government in a legal matter while SC has ordered action against ex-attorney general Malik Qayyum for going above jurisdiction, he objected.
He also said that SJC didn’t have the authority to assign attorney general for submitting a reply from its behalf while it is a violation of the constitution of article 100 by the deputing attorney general to submit a reply from behalf of SJC.
Justice Esa insisted the court to recognized allegations against Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) over not receiving appropriated reply from the SJC and secretary.
