THERE is no end of Indian rhetoric both against Pakistan and China. As both the countries are a hindrance in the way of hegemonic Indian designs, the BJP leaders continue to spit venom against them. The latest tirade has come from the Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh who resorted to baseless and unwarranted allegations that Pakistan and China are creating border disputes with New Delhi. The fact is quite the contrary. In fact, it is the Indian side which has ratchet up the tension both at the Line of Control and the Line of Actual Control. Pakistan and China have always expressed the desire for peaceful resolution of problems with India but it is the BJP government which has been seen running from peacefully solving them. Foreign Office Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri also categorically rejected the comments of the Indian Defence Minister saying these demonstrate an inexcusable lack of self-awareness of RSS-BJP regime’s self-serving narrative. The spokesperson condemned the malicious Indian propaganda against the longstanding, close Pakistan-China friendship. The fact of matter is that India stands isolated in the region today because of its belligerent posture. And through such irresponsible posture can no longer delude the world community as the country stands exposed after the series of reports showing how India is involved in terrorism and terror financing to destabilize the countries in the region. As also stated by Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Monday, the world also no longer buys India’s narrative on Occupied Jammu and Kashmir as the people across the world know how Indian government has unleashed oppression and terror against innocent and armless Kashmiri people. Instead of pointing fingers on others, it will be better for the Indian government to sit with Pakistan and China and resolve the outstanding disputes for the sake of regional peace and stability. It is also for the important capitals to rise above their vested interests and expediency and stop India from hostility against its neighbours. Since its links with terrorism and terror financing stand exposed, justice demands that India should be blacklisted until it corrects the course.
