Angry Lawyers Attack Driver Accused Of Running Over Orphan Boy Video Goes Viral

MULTAN — Tensions boiled over outside a local courthouse today as enraged lawyers physically confronted and thrashed a driver accused of deliberately running down a 15-year-old orphan in a private housing society.

Disturbing CCTV footage of the initial incident has sparked widespread public outrage, capturing the chilling moment the teenager was chased and struck by a vehicle.

The victim has been identified as 15-year-old Waseem Abbas, an orphan child sent by his shelter home to learn practical electrical work under a local contractor. According to local police reports, Waseem had just left his workplace when the contractor allegedly pursued him in a car within a private residential society.

The pursuit culminated in the vehicle striking the teenager, resulting in fatal injuries.

Law enforcement authorities acted swiftly following the tragedy. The driver has been taken into custody by Multan police, and a First Information Report (FIR) has been officially registered against the accused on murder charges.

During preliminary questioning, the suspect claimed he never intended to harm the boy and only wanted to stop him. However, the FIR counters this claim, alleging that the vehicle was deliberately driven directly at the teenager.
