SF, Ministry of Economic Affairs sign MoU

The Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs has signed an MoU with Sarwar Foundation (SF) for free Hepatitis campaign across Punjab, including Lahore. Hepatitis tests as well as treatment will be provided completely free.
According to details, the MoU signing ceremony was attended by Vice-Chair Sarwar Foundation Begum Perveen Sarwar and representatives of the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Under the MOU, Sarwar Foundation and Ministry of Economic Affairs will work in collaboration for improvement in education and health sector as well as installation of water filtration plants across Punjab.
Sarwar Foundation will also hold free Hepatitis camps in urban as well as rural areas of Punjab.
Speaking to the media on the occasion of MoU signing, Begum Perveen Sarwar, Vice-Chair of Sarwar Foundation said that unfortunately Hepatitis is spreading rapidly in Punjab and there is a need to work for its prevention.
With the collaboration of various organisations, we are working for the elimination of this deadly disease through mass screening and free treatment.
