Srinagar

In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Young Mens League (JKYML) has denounced harassment of the party activists by the Indian authorities.
The Chairman of Young Mens League, Imtiaz Ahmed Reeshi and Vice Chairman Zahid Ashraf, in their statements issued in Srinagar and Islamabad respectively, condemned the colonial and arbitrary methods used by the authorities against their party activists to suppress them for abandoning their pro-freedom political activities.
Calling the night raids on the residences of the cadres as immoral and tyrannical, they said that it showed the occupiers’ desperation and frustration and added that such cheap tactics could not prevent them from their just struggle for right to self-determination
The Hurriyat leaders said that India had been resorting to such acts for the last seven decades but the valiant freedom-loving people of the territory had refused to bow to injustice and subjugation.—KMS
