Zardari lays emphasis on supremacy of Constitution on Pakistan Day

The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairperson and former president Asif Ali Zardari threw light on the importance of the 1973 Constitution in his message on Pakistan Day.

He said that the 1973 Constitution was the guarantor of a strong federation, adding the defence of the country was strong that day.

Asif Ali Zardari vowed that the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) would fight till the last moment to protect the Constitution and democracy and strive for the national development and prosperity.

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairperson and former president Asif Ali Zardari pointed out that the philosophy of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was the philosophy of brotherhood.

“We all have to bow down before the Parliament,” he stressed.
