Yasin Malik is in danger of execution: Riaz Pirzada

Federal Minister for Human Rights Riaz Pirzada has said that there is a danger that Yasin Malik will not be hanged.

Riaz Pirzada addressing a press conference in Islamabad said that Yasin Malik’s wife and daughter have not been able to meet him for eight years.

He said that he will go to Geneva in June and will fight his case with full readiness. I am strongly protesting against the sentence of Yasin Malik by the government of Pakistan.

He said that the greatest sacrifices have been made by the journalists for the observance of the constitution and law, with the exception of journalism, all other sections have turned away from oppression.

The Federal Minister questioned why the world is asleep on the Kashmir issue.

The world has turned away from oppression for a few dollars.

Riaz Pirzada added that there are 8,000 mass graves in Kashmir and 10,000 youths are missing.

He said that there are strict restrictions on media in Kashmir, journalists cannot report.
