World Happiness Report 2024: Check list of Happiest and Miserable Countries

List of Happiest and Saddest Countries 2024: Finland holds its position as the happiest country in the world in the latest World Happiness Report.

The list was issued on International Day of Happiness which was organized by UN as global celebration where 143 states were classified as per human happiness and well-being.

Happiest Country in World 2024

This year Northern European Finland continues to hold the top position as happiest country in the world. The country of 5.5 million held the top position for the 7^th year.

Finland has a high standard of living, quality education, and excellent healthcare facilities. The Scandinavian nation is also one of least corrupt nations despite economic and other issues.

Pakistan on World Happiness Report 2024

As Pakistan is facing a severe financial and political crisis, the residents are happier than people from neighboring India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan.

Pakistan was ranked 108th out of 143 countries, with India at 126th, Bangladesh at 129th, while war-torn Afghanistan placed at the bottom of list.

The country got 4.6 out of 10, with little improvement in social support, freedom of choice, and charitable giving.
