Woman College Multan shifted to Solar System

We should work for the development of the region and pay off the debt of this soil so that future generations have a good environment and a healthy society, these views were expressed by Punjab Provincial Minister for Energy Dr. Akhtar Malik at Government Degree College Shah Rukan e Alam Multan during the ceremony in connection with the shifting of college’s power system to the solar one.

He said that the present government was focusing on education and health and the process of shifting four colleges in Multan to solar system had been started to end load shedding in educational institutions.

The provincial minister also gifted 200 chairs to Government Degree College Shah Rukan e Alam so that female students could benefit from it. He asked the teachers to educate the students as their own children.

Your compassion is a stepping stone to their success. He stressed on making education compulsory for girls.

Director Colleges Multan Additional Secretary Higher Education South Punjab Prof. Dr. Farid Sharif said that the facilities available to students in government colleges are not available in private institutions.

Government colleges have highly educated faculty, excellent furniture and vast sports fields ۔ Students should study hard and diligently.

Shumaila Abdul Khaliq, principal of the college, said that teachers play an important role in educating female students as well as building their character.

The students also presented a tableau in which the impression of love for the beloved homeland was prominent.

Deputy Director Colleges Multan Qazi Muhammad Khalid, Rana Nadeem, Rana Imran, Ghazal Ghazi, Shagufta Moin, Safia Bibi and others attended the function.
