Punjab Law and Cooperatives Minister Raja Basharat on Friday declared that the Pakistan government has given a unanimous and effective message from the platform of NA against Israeli aggression against innocent Palestinian brethren.
All provincial assemblies have also voiced their concerns against worst barbarism and expressed solidarity with Palestinian brethren.
Addressing the Punjab Assembly on Friday, the minister said that everyone was satisfied with the action taken by the United Nations in this regard.
Raja Basharat said that Pakistani Foreign Minister has played a leading role in the United Nations which became a pride for the people of Pakistan.
He said that the role of Pakistan and Turkey in the Palestinian issue has been appreciated by the international media.
The Law Minister said that Pakistan is doing and will do whatever it could for supporting the Palestinian people at international level.
He pointed out that it was heartening that the Leader of the Opposition in the assembly also mentioned India’s oppression of Kashmiris in his speech in the house.
“Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) raised their voice in their time and today PTI government is raising its voice in Kashmir.
” Raja Basharat said that the entire House of the Punjab Assembly is united on the issue of Palestine and the attitude showed in terms of politics and diplomacy was very positive that today all the political parties were expressing solidarity unanimously with the oppressed Palestinian brethren.
