A video-graphy competition is being organised during lockdown for awareness of the role of women in nation-building by the Department of Women Development, Government of the Punjab.
Provincial Minister for Women Development Ashifa Riaz has said the main theme of this video-graphy competition is to literate the women about the positive role of mothers in the society for the sake of well behaved nation.
She added, peace & conflict, ethics of disagreement, together we are Pakistan, community resilience for peace building, stress and anger management, role for mother for promoting peace, woman is agent of peace for society are the topics of this competition.
Moreover, video-graphy competition will be performed in two categories. Immature participants will send short video clip of 5 minutes while professional participants will send documentary of 5 to 15 minutes.
Women Development Department Secretary Ambreen Raza said this competition is only for women domiciled from Punjab. She added cash prizes will be awarded to top three videos, certificates for top 10 videos will also be given and best videos will be played on national channels.
