The affected people of Wana Timber Market while talking to the media said that in 2020, a sudden fire broke out in the timber Market due to unknown reasons due to which there was a loss worth million of rupees despite the government’s promise, the victims are still deprived of compensation.

Rehmanullah Wazir, the victim, said that so far the provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) and the district administration haven’t helped. On the other hand, Pakistan Peoples Party South Waziristan Lower President Aman Ullah Wazir demanded from the caretaker Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Provincial Minister for Relief, that in 2020, take concrete measures on an emergency basis to compensate the losses caused by the people of the timber market so that there is no loss of rights It should be noted that in the year 2020, a large-scale fire broke out in the Wana timber Market in the tribal district of South Waziristan Lower.
